- To pass your enquiry on to up to 3 MCS-certified installers so they can quote you
- To follow up on the quality of service you received
- To send you occasional updates about heat pumps and grants (you can opt out anytime)
Who we share it with
The installers we match you with. We don't sell your data to third parties, marketing lists or comparison sites. Each installer is contractually required to use your information only to provide the quote you asked for.

Retention
We keep quote-request data for 24 months, after which it's deleted. Aggregated, anonymised data may be kept longer for product analytics.
